Whitewater
Community Television, WCTV, is a community based not-for-profit organization.
It was established in 1988 to provide PEG Access Television for the residents
of Wayne County. Presently, WCTV operates three channels - Public Access
Channel 21, Educational Channel 20 and Government Channel 11. WCTV offices
and operations are located in the lower level of Hayes Hall on the campus
of Indiana University East.

Your venue for programming locally produced, or programs of interest to
residents of Wayne County.

County resident or community organization can air a show
- All programming
is non-commercial
- All editorial
and creative control is left to the producer

Bulletin Board for free non-profit organization announcements

20 - E - Educational Access Television
Programming beneficial to the education and growth of the community.
- Material
is centered on activities of community schools, universities and colleges
- Other
programming includes courses of instruction and special interest programming
- These
programs are produced by local faculty, students and WCTV staff as well
as state and national educational organizations

Programming of, by and about government.
- Gavel-to-gavel
coverage of government meetings in Richmond and Wayne County
